super small patch that fixed up a few things

- small tweaks to the boat ride, and the boat ride should no longer be linked to frame rate (was causing unusual audio and visual effects during the ride thanks to my spaghetti code)

- slightly tweaked some dialog

- added very minor details to some stuff
